As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. Your role includes ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of computer systems, servers, and networks. You will also provide technical support to employees and collaborate with IT teams to implement and upgrade technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Maintenance and Monitoring**:Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and server hardware.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular system updates.
Manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.

**Network Administration**:Maintain and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Set up and manage network resources, such as IP addresses and DNS records.
Ensure network security and implement access controls.

**User Support and Technical Assistance**:Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
Train employees on IT best practices and security protocols.

**Security Management**:Implement and monitor security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Respond to and mitigate security incidents and breaches.

Troubleshoot software-related problems and collaborate with vendors for support.

**Documentation and Procedures**:Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Create and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.

**Hardware and Software Procurement**:Evaluate and recommend hardware and software purchases based on organizational needs.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

**Capacity Planning and Performance Optimization**:Assess system performance and plan for scalability and resource optimization.
Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.

**Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity**:Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Conduct regular backup tests and recovery drills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
