As a **System Administrator in the logistics industry, **you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Your role will involve installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing IT policies and procedures to support the organization's logistics operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, computers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to resolve technical problems, including hardware failures, software glitches, and network outages.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
- Monitor and enforce IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and security patches, to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates in accordance with established change management procedures to ensure system stability and security.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate record of IT assets and activities and facilitate knowledge sharing among IT staff.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing software updates, and configuring peripherals.
- Collaborate with IT vendors, service providers, and internal teams to implement new IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations to support business requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration to recommend improvements and enhancements to the company's IT infrastructure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
