We are looking for an enthusiastic **Tele Sales Representative **to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and research potential customers through cold-calling, lead generation, to build a pipeline of potential clients.

2. Conduct calls to prospects to introduce our products, understand their needs, and explain the benefits and features of our product.

3. Engage with potential customers in a professional and compelling manner to create interest and enthusiasm for our products.

4. Provide accurate information about our products/services to address potential customer queries and overcome objections.

5. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented approach in achieving set goals.

6. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales leads, and accounts in the CRM system.

7. Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate follow-ups, demo meetings and closures.

8. Participate in sales meetings, team huddles, and training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

9. Uphold the company's values and reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Excellent command in English is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Goal-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
