- Tele-caller - Loan Products & Services.**

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Tele-caller to join our team as a Freelancer, focusing on selling our loan products to potential customers. As a Tele-caller, you will play a vital role in generating leads, contacting prospects, and persuasively presenting our loan offerings. Your goal will be to convert leads into sales, meet monthly targets, and contribute to the overall growth of our loan product portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads for loan products through database management, online research, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce loan products and highlight their benefits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products accordingly.
- Build rapport with customers and address their queries and concerns.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to ethical practices and relevant regulatory guidelines during sales interactions.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Manage your own schedule and report sales activities to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or Sales Representative, preferably in the loan products industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive telephone manner.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated, capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services will be advantageous.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
- Prior experience as a freelancer will be a plus.

As a Freelancer Tele Caller, you will play a vital role in generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our loan products.
