**Job Title**: Oracle ERP Specialist
**Location**: Bangalore

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the configuration, support, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems (such as Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud).
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and fixes to ensure the Oracle ERP environment runs smoothly.
- Work with business users to understand their requirements and help implement ERP solutions to improve business processes.
- Assist in customizing and configuring Oracle ERP modules like Financials, SCM, and HRMS to align with business needs.
- Provide support in integrating Oracle ERP with other business systems.
- Help create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions to ensure employees can effectively use Oracle ERP tools.
- Monitor system performance, track and report on issues, and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Assist with preparing reports and maintaining documentation for system configurations and processes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience working with Oracle ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, or similar).
- Basic understanding of key Oracle ERP modules, such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or similar.
- Familiarity with ERP troubleshooting and basic system administration tasks.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) or Oracle EBS.
- Experience with ERP system configuration and process optimization.
- Oracle ERP certifications or relevant training is a plus.
