Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Placement Coordinator to join our dynamic team at an IT Training Institute. As the Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with students, alumni, and industry professionals to facilitate successful job placements for our graduates. Your primary objective will be to connect our talented students with potential employers, ensuring they find suitable job opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations in the IT industry. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between education and employment, ultimately contributing to the professional success of our students.

**Responsibilities**:
Job Placement Support:
Work closely with students and alumni to understand their career goals, skillsets, and preferences for job placement.

Conduct career counseling sessions, offering guidance on career paths, resume building, interview preparation, and professional development.

Employer Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with local and national IT industry employers, including IT companies, startups, and other potential hiring organizations.

Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and company culture, ensuring alignment with our students' skill sets.

Promote the institute's training programs and the quality of our students' education to prospective employers.

Job Placement Events and Programs:
Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruitment drives to connect students directly with employers.

Coordinate guest lectures, workshops, and seminars delivered by industry professionals to enhance students' understanding of the job market.

Internship and Apprenticeship Programs:
Develop and manage internship and apprenticeship opportunities with IT companies to provide students with hands-on experience and potential full-time job opportunities.

Monitor the progress of students during their internships and ensure a smooth transition to full-time employment.

Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of student profiles, job placements, and employer interactions in the institute's database.

Generate reports on job placement statistics and outcomes for management and accreditation purposes.

Alumni Engagement:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with alumni, encouraging them to participate in mentoring and job placement initiatives.

Leverage alumni networks to identify potential job openings and facilitate connections between alumni and current students.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
