**Job Description for Legal Executive**

**Job Title**:Legal Executive

**Qualification**: Bachelor of law

**Experience**: 3+ Yrs corporate experience will be preferred.

**Salary Range**: 2.75 - 4.2 LPA

**Age Limit**: 28yrs - 45yrs

**Location**:Bangalore (2nd stage, BTM Layout)

**Working Hours**: 10 A.M to 7 P.M

**Responsible for**: Oversee all legal affairs by providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes managing legal matters, drafting and reviewing documents, and advising on legal risks and strategies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Legal advocates to manage and follow up on legal cases related to the

company.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants to seek legal opinions and advice as needed.
- Coordinate with dealers and leasing departments to obtain the necessary registration documents.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and review legal pleadings, and support in litigation and settlement negotiations.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
- Be willing to work after office hours as needed to meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel for legal work, which includes attending court proceedings and meeting with advocates.
- Maintain and organize legal files and records.
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the organization
- Develop, implement and suggest management on Corporate laws, Business laws, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and statutory obligations.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated understanding of legal principles and practices.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be good at using Mailing System and MS Word.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is required; proficiency in Tamil is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
