Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to fill the role of Corporate Legal Manager. This position will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding business interests across a wide range of commercial matters.

In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate key commercial contracts (Leave & License, Lease Deeds, LOIs, NDAs, MoUs, etc.). You will also coordinate with various departments to ensure timely contract execution, support legal due diligence, handle legal notices, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments.

Responsibilities:
• Draft and review key commercial contracts
• Negotiate contracts with external parties
• Coordinate with departments for contract execution
• Support legal due diligence and compliance efforts
• Handle legal notices and internal queries

Requirements:
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, IPR, and procedural law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
