Job Title: Recruiter - Reservations Support

Job Location: Dehradun

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions for open reservations support positions.

Coordinate and schedule in-person or video interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process, and provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team members.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the customer service or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
