**MIS Executive - Accounts**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to finance and accounts.
- Maintain and update data in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks).
- Assist in preparing financial statements, expense reports, and account summaries.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and cash flow data.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions and budgeting.
- Monitor and track invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of reports and financial records.
- Support internal audits and compliance processes.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in MIS and accounting roles
- Good communication and coordination skills
