**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update all purchase-related data in the MIS system.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on purchase orders, GRNs, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
- Monitor purchase requisitions, order cycles, and pending approvals to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice matching, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
- Track and report supplier lead times, price variations, and purchase order status.
- Generate cost comparison reports and assist in procurement planning and budgeting.
- Maintain and analyze data related to purchase efficiency, compliance rate, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for management review.
- Ensure accuracy of data across all procurement and inventory reports.
- Assist in audits by providing required data and documentation.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Dashboards).
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement software.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
