**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to prepare accurate MIS reports.
- Track and monitor purchase orders, vendor performance, and inventory levels.
- Create and maintain dashboards to give real-time visibility of purchase activities.
- Collaborate with the purchase team to streamline the procurement process through data insights.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on procurement metrics.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the purchase operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the MIS system.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management strategies.
- Work closely with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an MIS role, preferably within the purchase department of an e-commerce company.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets efficiently.

Loc - Kolkata

Sal - 2.16L - 2.64L p.a.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
