Receptionist

Responsible to take care of reception area entirely, as it is the face of company’s premises. Hence, greet everyone and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Maintain various registers and keep them updated till date so as to maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures); order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Take care of couriers/ deliverables being done (Outward) and received in Office (Inward) and maintain the data of same in registers.
Prepare final sheet of attendance for the staff and provide it to HR department, help in preparing UAN/ESIC numbers as per requirement.
Keep updated record of office expenses and costs considered under you and coordinate with HR department for event management in office.
Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning the documents, supervising the house keeping staff for their associated work as per requirement.
Coordinate with Head Office receptionist for the management of Office and work tasks and HR for Office management tasks.
Any other responsibility if found necessary by the management in due course would also be included.
Taking lead in Execution and closure of allocated Job tasks/Responsibilities, management of allocated resources so as to have the best productivity will be vital.
Above mentioned parameters shall be instrumental for gauging your performance your performance ahead in time and for consideration of upcoming appraisals.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
