**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Strengthen Rudra’s brand positioning in IT markets.
- Lead all marketing functions including digital marketing, brand management, content marketing, performance marketing, and corporate communications.
- Oversee lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies in coordination with the sales and business development teams.
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitors to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution with clear ROI tracking.
- Mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in an IT services or technology-driven company.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, B2B marketing strategies, and global brand development.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Experience in international markets and the IT outsourcing industry is a strong advantage.
