**Position Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Growth Officer to join our executive team. The CGO will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that expand our client base, increase revenue, and strengthen our market position internationally. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the IT consulting and services industry, particularly in international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Develop Comprehensive Growth Strategies**:

- Formulate short-term and long-term strategies to drive business growth in existing and new markets, focusing on the UAE and USA.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in target regions.

- Establish clear, measurable objectives aligned with company goals and oversee their execution.

**2. Business Development**
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Lead efforts to acquire new clients by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals.
- **Partnerships and Alliances**:

- Forge strategic partnerships with local firms, industry associations, and other stakeholders to enhance market penetration.
- **Proposal Development**:

- Oversee the creation of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

**Qualifications**

**Educational Background**
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- **MBA or Master’s Degree** is highly preferred.

**Professional Experience**
- **Minimum 10 Years** of experience in senior leadership roles focusing on business development, sales, or marketing within the IT consulting and services industry.
- **International Market Experience**:

- Proven track record of expanding business operations in the UAE, USA, or similar markets.
- **SME Sector Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of SMEs in adopting technology solutions.
