**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct property site visits and present features to clients.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, builders, and developers.
- Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and real estate regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in sales or real estate (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic real estate tools.
