**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and determine the appropriate visa options.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, procedures, and processing times.

**2. Application Assistance**:

- Review and verify client documentation for completeness and compliance with immigration regulations.

**3. Case Management**:

- Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and procedures to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
- Interpret and communicate complex immigration regulations in a clear and understandable manner to clients.

**5. Customer Service**:

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

**6. Documentation and Recordkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate reports and updates for internal tracking and management purposes.

**7. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and seniors to address complex visa cases and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the visa counseling team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document review.
- Ability to adapt to changing immigration policies and procedures.
