**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote vehicle sales, services, or finance offers.
- Handle incoming inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, or service bookings.
- Generate and qualify leads from cold calling or existing databases.
- Schedule test drives, showroom visits, or service appointments.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, pending documentation, or renewals (insurance, AMC, etc.).
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate call records and customer information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.
- Assist the sales/service/finance team with lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- A degree in any field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred in the automobile sector). or any other industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer and MS Office/CRM knowledge.
- Polite, persuasive, and confident in dealing with customers.
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a car dealership, automobile service center, or finance division.
- Knowledge of car brands, models, features, and after-sales services.

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives

**Working Hours**:
9:00AM - 6:00 PM (Rotational offs)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
