Job Summary:
Koraput ITI is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Training Officer. The Assistant Training Officer will play a key role in assisting with the coordination and delivery of training programs aimed at developing the skills of our students in various technical disciplines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our institution while making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs tailored to meet the needs of students enrolled in various technical courses.

2. Collaborate with senior training officers and instructors to plan and organize training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations.

3. Provide support in preparing instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia resources, to enhance the learning experience for students.

4. Assist in evaluating student performance and progress through assessments, tests, and practical exercises, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Support the maintenance and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and facilities to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.

7. Assist in conducting research and staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in vocational training.

8. Collaborate with industry partners, employers, and government agencies to facilitate internships, apprenticeships, and job placements for students.

9. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their concerns, providing career advice, and promoting a positive learning culture.

10. Assist in organizing career fairs, industry visits, and other events to promote networking opportunities and enhance students' employability skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Diploma / ITI.
- Prior experience in vocational training, teaching, or educational administration, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and practices related to vocational education and training.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
