**Job Description: Site Supervisor (Solar Industry)**

**Experience Required**: 2-3 years in sales or site supervision within the solar industry.

**Qualification**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Role**:

- Prospect and qualify new clients interested in solar energy solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and property owners.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- **Site Supervisor Role**:

- Oversee the execution of solar projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Conduct quality inspections and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Good Communication**: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with solar energy systems and their installation requirements.
- **Project Management**: Experience in managing projects, coordinating resources, and meeting deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Thoroughness in reviewing project plans and ensuring accuracy in execution.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to solar installations (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
