Medical Sales Executive

As a Medical Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell medical products and services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field.
**1) Responsibilities**:
A) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
B) Identify and target potential customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
C) Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical field, such as physicians, nurses, and administrators.
D) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of medical products and services.
F) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts and address customer needs.
G) Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements to effectively position our products in the market.
H) Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote our products.
I) Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
J) Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
**2) Qualifications**:
A) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
B) Proven track record of success in medical sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in the healthcare industry.
C) Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
D) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.

F) Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
G) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

I) Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
