**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings or services.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
- Submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share insights and contribute to team efforts for achieving broader organizational goals.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards during all sales activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in Electrical sales.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.

**Work Conditions**:

- Travel to meet clients and attend events may be required.
- Flexible working hours depending on sales activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
