Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in generating leads,

into opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries and outbound communication.
- Update and manage all leads, customer interactions and sales activities using Zoho CRM.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits and pricing to prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals and other sales documents as required.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
- Provide post-sales coordination by working with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and

client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B Lead Generation.
- Freshers with strong written and verbal communication skills are welcome.
