**Job Title**: Commodity Trader (Sugar/Rice)

**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end trading operations for **sugar and rice commodities**.
- Analyze commodity market trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms effectively.
- Ensure smooth execution of deals while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Achieve sales and trading targets as per company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3+ years of experience** in commodity trading, specifically **sugar and rice**.
- Prior experience in the **FMCG sector** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of commodity markets, pricing strategies, and trading processes.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
