Propfirm Trainer

Overview:

As a Prop Firm Trader, you'll trade
forex, indices, commodities, or crypto
using your own strategies within defined risk parameters. You'll have access to firm capital, advanced tools, and a supportive community to maximize your trading potential.

Responsibilties:

• Design and conduct structured training programs on trading strategies, risk management, and trading psychology.
• Analyze traders' performance metrics and provide personalized improvement plans.
• Host regular workshops and webinars on market analysis, trade setups, and execution discipline.
• Develop educational content and resources — including strategy modules, playbooks, and video sessions.
• Monitor live or simulated trading performance to assess progress and adherence to firm guidelines.
• Support new traders during evaluation and scaling phases, ensuring understanding of prop firm rules and funding conditions.
• Collaborate with the risk and operations team to align trader development with firm objectives.
• Stay updated on macroeconomic events, asset class dynamics, and evolving market conditions to integrate real-time insights into training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  3–5 years of professional trading experience
  , ideally in a prop firm or institutional setting.
• Strong knowledge of
  FX, indices, commodities, and/or crypto markets
  .
• Proven track record of
  consistent profitability and disciplined risk management
  .
• Experience in
  mentoring or training traders
  (either in-house or through online programs).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret trade analytics and performance metrics.
• Understanding of
  trading psychology, behavioral biases
  , and coaching techniques.
• 3 years experience with funded trader programs or evaluation challenges.
• Familiarity with
  MetaTrader, cTrader, or advanced trading platforms
  .
• Exposure to algorithmic trading concepts or strategy automation is a plus.
• Certified trading coach or relevant professional certifications (CMT, CFA, etc.) preferred.
