Qualifications: B.Tech/ M.Tech Food Technology

Experience: Fresher or 1 year experience

Salary Range: Max. 25,000 pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitoring of vehicle inspection and sampling of RM/PM
- Verification of process and records of RM, SFG, Sterilizer, packing and FG area
- SFG sampling coordination with production and SFG stock verification
- Weekly verification of traceability for mass balance
- FG container clearance and FG pallets verification
- Jumbo bags clearance for cleaning and verification of cleaned jumbo bags
- Ensure the pest control and hygiene system in the plant. Providing training to the staff

related to food safety/QMS
- Coordinate with inter-departmental teams and management for the production procedures

to maximize product quality and safety.
- verification of PRP, OPRP & CCPs
- In-process Quality Assurance
- Ensuring effective GMP & GHP practices are being followed.
- Customer documentation and specifications management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
