We are looking for a dedicated **CRM Executive** to oversee the integration and management of all client projects on the **Go High-Level platform**, ensuring streamlined CRM operations and delivering exceptional client support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM Integration and Management**:

- Oversee the integration and management of all client projects on the Go High-Level platform.
- **Lead Management**:

- Support clients with effective lead management strategies, ensuring optimal tracking, nurturing, and conversion.
- Monitor lead pipelines and ensure accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- **Customization and Optimization**:

- Customize CRM software to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Identify and implement enhancements to optimize workflows and user experiences.
- **Client Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client CRM-related needs.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to clients for effective CRM utilization.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and project management, to align CRM strategies with company goals.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Regularly evaluate CRM system performance and recommend improvements.
- Generate and analyze reports to track client and internal metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
