Position Overview

Strategic Sourcing is a dynamic and growing organization within Autodesk’s Purchasing, Programs and Operations department. In addition to the specific sourcing and vendor management responsibilities, this position is expected to contribute to the maturity of the overall function. This includes creating and refining processes, tools and templates that can be applied to across all vendors and categories worldwide.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing. The resource will be located in India and will primarily support sourcing needs in APAC, however, will be asked to support other contract and sourcing needs in other regions as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a large workload and constant flow of inquiries, especially during peak times, while maintaining a “delight the customer” mindset.- Maintain thorough understanding for end-to-end purchase to pay processes and functional team responsibilities between Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable and assist in resolving cross-team issues in a collaborative manner.- Manage country-specific processes within the EMEA, AMER and or APAC region.- Support the RFx process when appropriate.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.- Help identify areas of risk for the business (i.e., indemnities, limits of liability, delivery of service, quality, performance, timeline, warranty, governance, or other contractual terms); make recommendations where applicable.- Maintain proficiency in relevant policies and procedures; be able to articulate and enforce such policies and procedures.- Facilitate employee compliance with procurement policies and systems and ensures segregation of duties. Report to Purchasing Managers and appropriate Finance Manager any incidents of non-compliance.- In conjunction with Sourcing Managers review and analyze data to determine cost saving opportunities through vendor consolidation and/or contract renegotiations.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal customers / clients as well as vendors.- Ability to shine under pressure while dealing with changing priorities and timelines.-

Minimum Qualifications- 2+ years’ experience focused on, Strategic Sourcing and/or Category Management.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- BA or equivalent experience- Strong negotiation/influencing and presentation skills- Strong English skills- Procurement specific qualification a plus
