**Responsibilities**
- To manage sales operations of multiple projects through channel partners.
- To drive sales through the assigned partners and ensure that business contribution from the partner increases.
- Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month.
- Ensure smooth registration, training, & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
- Ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from assigned channels revenues from performing category & drive the non-performing ones.
- Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners. Ensure constant improvement in channel partner experience

Company is a leading developer based out of Bengaluru with oneof the largest land banks in South India. With over 3,000 acres of land bank and over 20 mn sqft of residential and commercial assets under construction, the company represents more than$3 billion in asset value. Their development portfolio of over 20 million sq ft includes hotels ,office buildings, residences, educational institutions and integrated townships.

In the last 20 years, Company has delivered close to 4.3 million sq ft of development comprising residential, plotted and commercial properties. The company currently has 6 residential projects ongoing with a built-up area of around 3 mn sq ft, 5 plotted developments with a saleable area of around 4.11 mn sq ft and 2 commercial office projects with leasable area of 1 mn sq ft.
Founded in 1973 by Dr. P. Dayanand Pai and Mr. P. Satish Pai, Company initially followed a trading model and was one of the first land aggregators and facilitators in Bangalore and thus was a part of notable projects like Vivanta by Taj and Manipal Centre. Following this, the company forayed into residential apartments, plotted developments and large mixed-use development projects.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
