- Responsible for troubleshooting the SAP BASIS related issues.
- Overall responsible for Maintenance of SAP database. Maintaining uptime of SAP Applications. Health Check of SAP Applications.
- Back up of SAP Application and database.
- Logic setup, Specs making, Knowing Standard config, Business Functional Knowledge. Monitoring of Process Chain.
- Daily Basis related Activities (Application Size, Log Size).
- Coordination with Vendor for Support (External Vendors for Support)
