Position: SAP Basis (Fresher)
Location: Navi Mumbai (WFO)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated SAP Basis (Fresher) to join our IT team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are eager to build a career in SAP Basis administration. You will work under the guidance of senior SAP Basis consultants and gain hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4 HANA, BW, PI, etc.).
Support system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Perform client administration (client copy, refresh, and transport management).
Provide support for user administration and authorizations.
Monitor system health, background jobs, logs, and resolve basic technical issues.
Assist in applying patches, upgrades, and system copies under supervision.
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Functional, Security) to ensure smooth system operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Unix) and databases (Oracle, SQL, HANA).
Familiarity with networking, system monitoring, and IT infrastructure concepts.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and pursue a career in SAP Basis.
SAP Basis training or certification. (Must Have)

Good to Have (Optional)

Knowledge of SAP landscape architecture.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Internship/project experience in SAP or IT administration.
