**Shift Timings**:10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients via calls and virtual meetings for relationship management, revivals, and follow-ups.
- Collect and analyze client experience feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
- Assist in processing client orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide backend support for smooth order management, invoicing, and documentation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences.
- Represent the company professionally, showcasing a deep understanding of the luxury jewelry domain.
- Enhance the client experience through personalized communication and attention to detail.

**Qualification Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **affluent English**.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a **flair for the luxury domain** and understanding of high-end clientele.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or client-facing role, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
