Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and tracking sales leads.
- Coordinate sales activities and campaigns, ensuring all sales efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Strong and Effective Vendor Engagement and strong sourcing skills.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Experience in understanding Tender, RFP documents and knowledge of GEM, eproc etc. for bidding.
- Fair knowledge of preparing quotes, Client follow up.
- Good Knowledge of ELV/IT Hardware and solutions. Work Experience in IT industry is must.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
