**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Experience**: 15-20 years of progressive experience in the **hotel or restaurant industry**, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- **Education**: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-location restaurant operations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and P&L statements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to oversee operations across multiple locations.
