We are seeking **smart, motivated, and career-focused young women** who are passionate about **sales and marketing**. If you're from a **BBA or MBA background**, fluent in English, and looking for a launchpad into a fast-paced tech sales environment — this opportunity is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand client needs and present relevant solutions
- Explain product features and benefits clearly
- Work closely with the sales team to meet targets
- Track and update leads, follow-ups, and progress in CRM
- Align with marketing on lead qualification and conversion
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
**Must-Have Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Interest in sales, marketing, and technology
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
**Good-to-Have Skills**:
- Any internship or academic project in marketing/sales
- Basic knowledge of cloud services or tech solutions
- Presentation or public speaking experience
