**Job Summary**:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and a year of hands-on experience in software testing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Test Planning and Execution**:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate product functionality.
Conduct both manual and automated tests to identify bugs, issues, and areas for improvement.

**Defect Management**:Document and report bugs and errors encountered during testing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

**Quality Analysis**:Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders regarding product quality.
**Process Improvement**:Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and procedures.
Participate in discussions to enhance testing strategies and methodologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
