The person needs to have knowledge & experience in Stores management of raw materials & materials sent out for processing.

1) Need to have good commercial knowledge & skills related to inward of bought out materials & outward/ inward of materials sent out for processing.

2) Verify correctness of all information on Challan & Invoice (E invoice and E way bill)/ other documents (material test certificate) while material receipt/ being sent out for processing.

3) Determine in what packing mode the material need to be received. Determine Qty per pack. Covert inward material in standard quantity per pack if not done by vendor. Enter such information in the stock tracking excel sheet

4) Prepare GRN sticker for each item & stick it to on the same once material receives in the store.

5) Quantity check, prepare GRN in SAP, place material in Stores, update Bin Card & in SAP system. Maintain the stock tracking excel sheet for material’s physical positioning.

6) On the basis of material issue instructions, issue material to assembly line. It involves physical counting & issue, updating Bin Card & in the SAP system and update in stock tracking excel sheet.

7) Understand the plan of manufacturing for next day/ week.

8) Inform all the material shortages for next day/ week.

9) Cycle count 2 items per day and analyse reasons for deviation, inform deviations to Purchase, Production and Finance.

10) Keep posting Purchase and Finance at the end of each month for stocks available at Vendors’ end (major vendors) and follow up for the stock reconciliation.

11) Coordinate with Purchaser and Finance for returning of rejected/ re workable materials to vendors and documentation related to that.

12) Arrange transport (other than local transport) and follow up for material movement between vendors and factory.

13) Manage scrap storage facility - Fill form 2 for E waste coming in the scrap store - Fill form 3 for Hazardous waste coming in the scrap yard - Fill form 10 for Hazardous waste disposal to approved agency - Arrange for certificate of disposal of hard and soft plastic to approved agency. - Maintain the excel register for all types of scrap disposal.

14) Prepare and inform the work instruction to Security for material in and out at Security Gate.

15) Knowledge of generation of E way bill and E invoicing

16) Prepare and file quarterly GST returns for materials sent out for processing (ITC 04).

17) MIS reporting to Management - Inventory Value, Inventory Turn Over Ratio.

18) Manage the stores manpower.

19) Need to be vigilant in material management.

20) Knowledge in advance excel is preferred.

21) Need to have good verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
