**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of product details.
- Utilize **MS Excel** to create and manage spreadsheets for inventory, sales, and other key data.
- Generate and format documents using **MS Word**.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to data management.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth business processes.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate with a keen interest in data management and e-commerce operations.
- **Basic computer knowledge** is a must.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.) and **MS Word**.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or data support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
