We are seeking a detail-oriented and multitasking individual to join our team as a Data Entry cum Customer Support representative.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems and databases.

Assist customers with product information, order status, and problem resolution.

Process customer orders, refunds, and returns efficiently and accurately.

Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as necessary.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.

Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data entry and customer support procedures.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in data entry and customer support roles.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Familiarity with Advance Excel is a plus.

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
