
Admission Sales Executive

We are looking for Sales Executives. Sales/Admissions Executive will be handling enquiries from prospective learners regarding various course offerings, enrolment procedures and other related issues. You will be attending to Calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media posts. You are expected to convert the interest of the incoming enquiries to enrolment to the program. Since the customer segment is global you will be connecting to prospective students from across the world.
The major responsibilities of the position include the following but not limited.
- Connecting to the enquiries generated from marketing campaigns for the product
and addressing their enquiries about the product accurately.
- Understanding the requirement of the prospective students and helping them with
the right solution / product.
- Other sales support activities / process defined by the management time to time.
- Converting enquiries for the program into enrollments to the course.
- Generating leads from varied sources for the course offered on the platform.
