**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential business clients.
- Present service packages clearly and persuasively.
- Identify client needs and suggest the most suitable solutions.
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records of all conversations, lead status, and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 years of experience in telecalling or voice-based sales, preferably in digital or IT services.
- Excellent verbal communication and sales skills.
- Confidence in handling end-to-end client interaction over calls.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
