**Role Overview**: We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team at both our Kormangla and JP Nagar outlets in Bangalore. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and the timely preparation of our menu items. Your attention to detail, commitment to food quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our goal of delivering delightful treats to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to Bobabhai's recipes and quality standards.
- Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Assist in food inventory management and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of ingredients and supplies.
- Uphold a positive and collaborative attitude while working in a team environment.
- Adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities as required by the operational needs of the outlet.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- A passion for food and a strong willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
