Trainee - Supply Chain

**Job Overviews**:
Trainees in the Supply Chain Development program will collaborate closely with the Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Purchasing departments. This role provides hands-on experience in coordinating key supply chain functions to ensure efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**:
As per production batch plan, checking all RM stock details in SAP system and alerting PPIC and Purchase department to create purchase requisition and procure material. For packing material, giving monthly/weekly schedule for HDPE drums to the supplier and follows ups with vendor to deliver the material as per schedule.

2. Following up with vendor as per given schedule for all raw material. Once material dispatch details received, checking in all relevant document like Approved vendor list, MPN availability in SAP, Invoice address, SAP vendor address, Manufacturer address in Test report, Permanent trader list and interim trader list etc. Checking documents in line with the requirement.

3. Initiating change control/deviation and other purchase SOP related documents from QA department. Preparing HIRA for procurement of RM/PM/solvents/cylinders as per EHS procedure.

4. Collecting filled Trader evaluation questionnaire from vendor and preparing Interim trader list for in warding the material. Approved trader list is prepared once in 6 months, clubbing the data from Interim trader list.

5. Coordinating with QC department on prioritising the analysis of material based production batch plan.

6. Raw material discrepancy and rejection report sharing to the vendor and collecting CAPA for the same and submitting to QA department.

7. Responsible for archival of the documents.
