We're on the lookout for a *young, energetic, and driven individual* to join our team as a Junior Associate - Operations.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in day-to-day operational activities across departments
- Create and manage reports and presentations using *MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word*
- Support cross-functional teams and contribute to workflow efficiency
- Take initiative, adapt to varied responsibilities, and learn on the go
- Embrace new technologies and explore the use of *AI tools* to enhance productivity

What We’re Looking For:

- A *Bachelor’s Degree* in any field
- Strong proficiency in *MS Office Suite* (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills in *English, Hindi, and Telugu*
- A positive attitude with the *ability to learn, grow, and explore new tools and ideas*
- Interest in leveraging *AI tools* and modern tech solutions for smarter work
- Must own a *two-wheeler with a valid license*
