**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inbound and Outbound Calling**:

- Handle inbound queries from parents and prospective students.
- Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing them to the school’s offerings.
- **Lead Management**:

- Maintain and update the database of leads.
- Follow up with prospective parents to address queries and concerns.
- **Information Sharing**:

- Provide accurate information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, admission process, and policies.
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- **Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments for school visits or virtual meetings with the admissions team.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth onboarding of new students.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,900.12 per month
