Job Description: Online Sales for Software Selling (work from office)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Online Sales Representative for software selling. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our software products to customers in an online environment. Your primary focus will be on converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth.
**Responsibilities**:
3-4 years of work exp. in BPO
Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our software products to prospective customers through online demos, presentations, and compelling sales pitches.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into paying customers. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools to track and manage sales activities.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives on a regular basis. Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities, close deals, and generate repeat business.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and customer segments for software sales.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to gather insights, provide feedback, and contribute to the improvement of our software offerings and sales strategies.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
**Requirements**:
Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in online sales, software sales, or a related field is required. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and meeting objectives.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software products and the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to potential customers.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches, engage customers, and build rapport.
Customer-Focused: A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various online sales tools, CRM software, and digital communication platforms. Proficiency in using online collaboration and conferencing tools for virtual meetings and product demonstrations.
Results-Oriented: Goal-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
