**Online Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to online leads who have expressed interest in modular kitchen and wardrobe details.
- Engage with potential customers via phone or online communication platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive information about the company's products, services, and customization options.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable designs, materials, and finishes based on their requirements and budget.
- Answer inquiries promptly and address any concerns or questions related to the products or the purchasing process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial inquiry to project completion.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software or other tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure a positive buying experience and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in handling online clients or leads.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and through online platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
- Familiarity with modular kitchen and wardrobe design concepts, materials, and installation processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other online sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
