**We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience in the online bidding process in US Staffing.**
- Experience working with Direct Clients/ Tier 1 Client / Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners / MSPs in the US
- Work closely with Hiring Managers, and stakeholders to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of direct and MSP clients
- Serve as the face of the company service team to the client and the point of contact for company associates.
- Talking to the client's requirements, getting daily and weekly updates about the Urgent position.
- Working closely with hiring managers/clients to find the right talents for a wide range of positions on all levels.

**Must Skills**
- Should have a good overall understanding of end-to-end US IT Staffing Business.
- Excellent Sales & Delivery skills.
- Excellent verbal Communication skills.
- Must be proficient with Outlook, word, and Excel.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
