Business Operations Executive

Cosmicport, a space technology startup, is dedicated to building innovative satellite and launch solutions for the commercial market. We are seeking a highly versatile and dynamic Business Operations Executive who can seamlessly transition between multiple roles, including accounts, HR, operations, marketing, design, business development, procurement, and IT. If you are a jack of all trades with a passion for managing diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you
**Responsibilities**:
1. Accounts & Finance**:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting. ** Ensure timely payments, vendor management, and assist in financial audits and compliance.
2. HR**:Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and employee engagement. ** Assist in policy formulation and execution of HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
3. Operations**:Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations for maximum efficiency. ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and meet project milestones.
4. Marketing & Design**:Create and execute marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, brochures, and digital/print designs. ** Support brand awareness initiatives and manage the company’s digital presence.
5. Business Development**:Identify new business opportunities, client acquisition, and maintain relationships with partners. ** Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
6. Procurement**:Source and procure necessary materials and services, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. ** Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with company needs.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience across multiple functions such as HR, operations, finance,
marketing, and IT.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Tally, and basic design tools
(Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting and software management.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with HR software and accounting tools.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Support basic IT infrastructure including troubleshooting, software management, and tech
upgrades.
