**Educational Qualification**:

- Engineering / Science graduate with M.B.A (Full time) with specialization in Marketing

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years experience in Marketing in the field of Pigments/Chemicals.
- Freshers may also apply

**Language Proficiency**:

- Tamil, English (should be able to read, write and speak)
- Hindi (conversational level)
- Proficiency in any other language would be an added advantage

**Skills**:

- Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of MIS tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software
- Proficiency in speaking with customers from various commercial and technical backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Excellent diagnostic abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to network and build lasting relationships
- Ability to create actionable marketing strategies

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Find new business opportunities and customers
- New Marketing Ideas for Existing Products
- Creating marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
- Build and develop rapport with the existing customers/dealers
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers
- Prepare and keep track of marketing activities
- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Managing the marketing budget, sales budget and sales planning
- Coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like sales and product development
- Analyzing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategies
- Staying updated with the latest marketing trends
- Able to travel frequently

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
